David has owned and operated businesses across big box retail, commercial and residential property investment, Airbnb portfolios, and commercial development. He has managed large teams, navigated resource consents, legal disputes, and the full operational reality of building businesses at scale. He has exited real businesses and lived the consequences of both good and bad decisions. That experience is what clients are engaging.
Founder & Operator
Amy has been at the operational core of The Advisry's founding businesses from the beginning. Her strength is in people, systems, and the internal machinery that makes organisations work. HR frameworks, team culture, management systems, and operational structure: Amy brings the human layer that turns strategy into something a real business can execute. She has also managed Airbnb property portfolios end to end, from daily operations and guest experience through to bookings management and performance optimisation, and understands what it takes to run a property asset as a high-performing, consistently operational business.
Founder & Technologist
Conner brings the technical and digital layer to The Advisry. With an accounting background and an operator's eye for detail, he leads how businesses show up online, from systems and platforms through to brand and presence. He is fluent in AI integration and is at his best helping new ventures launch lean and helping established businesses adopt practical AI tools, modern workflows, and new ways of working that compound into real efficiency gains. Where finance meets technology, he turns clean ideas into things that actually run.
